Bishops are healers who assist their allies by restoring HP and stunning enemies around them. Bishop is a holy person who brings around miracles of healing and recovery using the highest level of recovery magic. If necessary, Bishops can engage in melee combat to protect themselves. They provide necessary health regeneration as well as defensive boosts that increase survivability of the party. In addition, Bishops are relatively strong in defense, as their passive skills allow them to consume mana points to mitigate damage taken.

Key Features

Mana Shield Strong Active Heal Divine Link

Solo play: Bishops are below average in solo play. As a healer class, they have great survivability and thanks to mana shield they can survive attacks from heavy equipped enemies. Their disadvantage is slightly lower damage output, which causing slow farming speed if you play alone. Thanks to survivability they can slay some bosses solo, but still you to keep in mind that Bishops are healers and it is better for them to avoid melee fights.
Party play: As a Bishop you will never have a problem to find a party group. They are one of the most wanted character in parties. Bishops have the most powerful active heal from all healer classes and they can greatly improve party defense with their divine link and boost max HP. But in contrast with other healer classes in Lineage 2 Revolution, bishop don´t have any special debuffs. Bishops are a very good choice as main healers against Field Bosses or Clan dungeon bosses, thanks to their strong healing abilities.
PvP play: In overall PvP Bishops are not popular characters. In Sieges or Clan wars they can boost their parties, but strong heal does not make big difference. Debuffs and crowd control skills from other healers are requested more frequently to mass PvP. Bishops lack base damage and have only one active damage skill that makes it problematic for them to slay enemies in time, especially when they stand against Tank or Healer class.

Bishops use true power of Staffs for healing selves and allies. Their knowledge of restoration can be imbued only with Staffs. As an armor they always wear Robes because it boosts their attacks and rapid restorations. Due to lack of HP, defense makes no sense, you can try to harden Bishop with some kind of Heavy Armor.

Armor Appearance

Early Mystic equipment is made of basic materials such as cloth and leather. These materials are mostly tailored with little magic that makes the owner stronger in attack. Such created robe only provides basic protection against scratches and claws from weaker enemies. Mid-grade robes integrate hardened chestplates and ornaments with leather magic tunics. This equipment provides moderate protection against enemies. Legendary Bishops wear Robe sets made from luxurious materials by ancient tailors. Most parts of owner’s body are covered with enchanted metals with magical ornaments carefully designed for powerful healers.
