Battle Mages are not afraid of close fights thanks to dwarwen high HP and defense ability. They can be played as melee Wizards with both ranged and close combat abilities. Battle Mages cast spells slowly compared to other wizard classes but it’s a cost for high defense. They also dispose with useful selfbuff that increases their attack and defense.

Key Features

Close Combat High Defense Self-Buff

Solo play: Battle Mages are a good choice for solo content. As other wizard classes, they have descent farming speed primarily thanks to AOE on their spells and basic attacks. They also have great survivability thanks to their dwarwen origin. In this combination you will be found to clear most of solo content easily. But you must remember, Battle Mages are still wizard type class and even if they have plenty of HP, Robe armoor does not provide powerful protection from well-equipped enemies.
Party play: Battle Mages mostly occupy damage dealer slots in parties. They are only average party players. For other members they provide critical damage buff. They cast their spells with low casting speed, which slightly decreases overall damage output, but in parties they don’t need to care much about your positioning because they can withstand longer thanks to their defensive abilities.
PvP play: For PvP Battle Mages are only an average choice. They have long cooldowns which is a disadvantage, especially in arena fights. For a mass PvP they don´t have any special abilities that could be useful to match.

Armor Appearance

Early Mystic equipment is made of basic materials such as cloth and leather. These materials are mostly tailored with little magic that makes the owner stronger in attack. Such created robe only provides basic protection against scratches and claws from weaker enemies. Mid-grade robes integrate hardened chestplates and ornaments with leather magic tunics. This equipment provides moderate protection against enemies. True Battle Mages wear Robe sets made from luxurious material by ancient tailors. Most parts of owner body are covered by enchanted metals with magical ornaments carefully designed for powerful spellcasters.
